Go to File, Administration, Define Users. For example you have a 5 User Network License with Act4Advisors, there should not be more than 5 users listed.  If more, uncheck "Enable Logon" for those that are inactive.  You may delete old user records and you MUST Reassign to another user or you will lose data.
