Single right mouse click in the area where the toolbar was once located; make sure to check Standard Toolbar and Show Small or Large Buttons.

If this doesn’t work, close ACT; go to Start on your computer Run and type in actdiag and press enter.

Go to Reset and select Options and Window Positions

Select Menus and Toolbars and press Reset. Close the interface. Open ACT. This should work.
