Ghosting Date Issue: Date carried over from previous record.
This is a known issue in ACT! by Sage: http://community.act.com/sage/board/message?board.id=ACT&message.id=30032

Our recommendation is to have the History or Notes tab open before doing a lookup or clicking to the next record. If you keep the Personal tab opened during the time you move between records, the ghosting issue may occur.
