The calculated field exceeds 3 characters
When running Global Age Update, you get the error:

"The calculated field exceeds 3 characters."

You then may receive this error:

"The conversion of a varchar data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range value. The statement has been terminated."

The error is caused from an unexpected Window's defaulted date and time setting.

To correct the issue, click on Start > Control Panel > Region or Regional Settings.

Change the Short date format to M/d/yyyy and change the Long date format to MMMM d,yyyy

Save and restart ACT! and retry the Global Age Update.
