Close ACT. Go to Run and type in %appdata%\ACT for Windows
10\Preferences and locate Preferences_STARTUP_DATABASE_MRU
 and delete file.

Note: This file will be re-created when you open an ACT! database.

Close Windows Explorer (or My Computer), and restart ACT! to complete the changes.
