Actdiag will not open
If your Actdiag will not open, then there are databases which are suspect
listed and you get the message that the SQL instance will not start.

In the Program Files\ACT\ACT for Windows is the following file:

SecurityCmdLnApp.exe

Double click on this file to restart the SQL and once this is done, Actdiag
will open and you can then work with the Suspect Databases.
